Waters Edge Church, VA is currently looking for a full-time staff member to join our team in the position of Guest Experience Manager. Position Expectations: You Will Be...

  • Working under the direct leadership of the Campus Pastor with responsibilities to the Director of Guest Experience.

  • Providing oversight to all Host Team environments at a multi-site campus including The Blue Room and CONNECT.

  • Leading through volunteers to create incredible first impressions for our guests.

  • Responsible for scheduling, communicating with, and caring for Host Team volunteers. Executing all aspects of baptism preparation and follow-up.

  • Motivating and inspiring volunteers through training and intentional coaching.

  • Recruiting future Host Team volunteers and developing leaders in accordance with our WEC Leadership Pipeline.

  • Championing Next Steps and assimilating individuals in the overall life of the church. Updating and maintaining Fellowship One database for management of teams and guests. Monitor metrics in order to achieve benchmarks for growth and assimilation on the campus.

  • Required to work at all weekend and holiday worship experiences and other events outside of normal working hours (Team Trainings, Leadership Advances, etc).
