The WEC Summer Internship is an opportunity for College students to experience hands-on training in a fun, fast-paced, and God-honoring church. This 10-week volunteer based program is designed for students who have a heart to serve in ministry. The purpose is to equip students to excel in their skills, knowledge, and passion within the local church. Interns will be exposed to vocational ministry and multi-site systems, strategies, and programs.

• High School graduate (aged 18-25)
• Solid believer in Jesus Christ as personal Lord and Savior
• Interest in vocational ministry

• Unpaid internship
• Assigned to a WEC Campus, ministry, or staff member
• Participate in weekly leadership development discussions
• Be exposed to a variety of ministries
• Lunch will be provided on Mondays and include Q&A time with various ministry staff

• June 3 - August 11th
• Interns will spend approximately 40% of their time with their intern class and 60% with their assigned campus or ministry staff
• 15 hours per week
           - Sundays from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
           - Mondays from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
           - 6 additional hours with your Campus or Ministry Staff
• If approved, you will be required to complete the online WEC Leadership Pipeline before your internship begins on June 3rd
