Waters Edge Church is currently looking for a new full-time staff member to join our Management Team in the position of Kids Manager. Position Expectations: You Will Be…
•Working under the direct leadership of the Central Kids Director to oversee Waters Edge Kids at a multi-site campus.
•Providing fun and safe weekly environments for kids to make friends and learn about God.
•Ensuring that all Kids programming and environments are consistent and excellent.
•Casting WEC vision and mission to volunteers to inspire and motivate them.
•Leading through volunteer Coaches that oversee volunteer Small Group Leaders and helpers.
•Responsible for scheduling, communicating with, and caring for current Kids volunteers.
•Recruiting and training future volunteers in anticipation of growth.
•Expected to be a team player working alongside other fun, vibrant, and creative staff members.
•Required to work all weekend worship experiences, all holiday services, and other events outside of normal working hours (Team Trainings, Special Events, etc).
