Newport News Admin Coordinator

Waters Edge Church is currently looking for a part-time, volunteer staff member to join our Newport News team in the position of Admin Coordinator. The Admin Coordinator supports the Campus Pastor by coordinating campus operations and providing organizational support. Position Expectations: You Will Be…

  • Attending the weekly Admin Team meeting to give input and updates regarding campus operations.

  • Capturing notes and follow-up with assignments from each meeting.

  • Participating in Leadership Advances.

  • Monitoring metrics, input data, and provide CP with Dashboard metrics.

  • Overseeing the scheduling and recruiting and training of Campus Coordinators and Campus Security Teams.

  • Communicating with Campus Coordinators and Security Team members and champion vision and leadership development.

  • Reporting on facility issues and be available to assist with solutions as needed.

  • Recruiting team members to join central facilities team.

  • Organizing and recruit teams for holiday decorating.

  • Ensuring meeting spaces are setup in advance and environments are prepared to WEC standards.

  • Ensuring our database is up to date.
