Waters Edge Church is currently looking for a new, full-time staff member to join our Management Team in the position of Video Production Manager. Position Expectations:  You Will Be…

  • Working under the direct leadership of the Executive Director of Programming & Creative Arts to fulfill the vision of Waters Edge Church.  

  • Accountable to the Production Project Manager for ministry-specific responsibilities.

  • Required to work at all weekend worship experiences, all worship services on Christmas Eve and Easter, as well as other events and video shoots outside of normal working hours as needed.

  • Responsible for the implementation of WEC’s IMAG strategy and the development of training programs for this team; as well as the maintenance, troubleshooting, and upkeep of WEC video equipment.   

  • Developing, training, and leading a volunteer team to support WEC’s production vision to include camera work, editing, and photography.

  • Managing all aspects of video production to support other WEC ministries as needed and as available.

  • Collaborating with the programming team to provide creative input for upcoming series, segments, and videos.

  • Responsible for post-Sunday exports of all media to include on-demand, online, video highlights, student sermon highlight, and podcast. 

  • The champion for video teaching…consistently exploring new and efficient ways to capture and broadcast our message. 

  • Supporting the office of the Lead Pastor for a variety of video shoots including giving updates, various teachings, and web messages.
