If you are visiting us for the first time we cannot wait to meet you and your family! As you enter our campuses you will see our friendly volunteers in “New Here?” shirts at the kiosk ready to help you. We will ask you to complete a simple form for your kid. This will give us key details, such as date of birth, any allergies or health issues we need to be aware of and contact details for you, the parent or guardian. Then, one of our amazing volunteers will walk you and your family back to our kids' environment.

Waters Edge Kids programming is offered at all of our normal Sunday service times. At our Newport News and Yorktown Campus at 9:30 and 11 AM.

Absolutely! All of the volunteers back in our kids environments have been background checked.

When you check your kid in you will receive a parent pick up tag with a number on it that will match the number on your kids name tag. When you come to pick up your kid, a room leader will check to be sure that the numbers match. Only those with parent tags are permitted to be in our kids' environment hallways.

In our 1 year old room we serve Gerber Puffs and Goldfish. In our 2’s - preschool rooms we serve Goldfish. Snacks are not typically served in grades K-5, an allergy alert sign will be posted at the door of these rooms listing what will be served if there will be food.
